Believing in the transformative power of art and in people’s inherent right to live amongst beauty, Walter & Zoniel have devoted the last eleven years of their lives to ‘living, working, sleeping, breathing, eating and creating together, twenty-four hours a day.’ No doubt such is a feat that very few partnerships could survive. Yet, Walter & Zoniel are thriving—a dynamic pair, unique and inspiring, much like their art.
Blending their talents and flowing amongst the different aspects of creation, free from prescribed roles, they have found their rhythm. And, it is one that the public loves—as well as some pretty impressive institutions. (No big deal, but their work is in the permanent collection of the National Portrait Gallery…!)

With London reopening, perhaps a nod from the art gods above, today we have the honor of announcing that Walter & Zoniel will be joining MTArt Agency, known for its commitment to its artists (“invest in artists, not art” being one of their slogans), collaboration (with brands, cultural projects, and collectors), and overall positive impact on the community (recently appointed as a B Corp).
Just yesterday I sat down over Zoom to speak with them for a brief quote and could not have adored our hour-long conversation more. In the coming weeks, I will share it in its entirety, plus connect again with them to learn more about their new series The Nature of Interdependence, currently underway. But I could not wait to share my excitement of this great news! With their shared belief that art is for everybody, big ideas, and the talent to bring them to fruition, I eagerly await what is in store now that Walter & Zoniel have teamed up with MTArt Agency.
