Kelly Cricchio holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Art History and Visual Culture with a specialization in the art patronage of Northern Italian women in the 16th and 17th centuries. Her passion for exploring women’s contributions to the visual arts led her to establish The Art Herstorian, a blog and accompanying Instagram page. There she can be found discussing the fantastic but often overlooked women artists, patrons, and collectors from the history of art. She is currently working on an illustrated timeline of women in art history.
